Hydraulic Technician - Disassembles and evaluates hydraulic pumps, motors and cylinders
- Hones, polishes, reseals, reassembles cylinders and hydraulic parts
- Demonstrates job quality, safety and cleanliness
- Demonstrated ability to read hydraulic diagram
- Prior experience working with products such as Bosch Rexroth / Suer Danfoss / Kawasaki preferred.
Hose Crimping Technician- Manage the hose room, inventory and take ownership of hoses
- Experience in hydraulic hose and fittings
- Perform hydraulic repairing, crimping ad testing
Coating Technician - Experience working as a coating technician.
- Ability to operate spray gun is essential.
- Prior experience working with products such as Belzona / Chesterton / Thortex preferred.
Bolt Tensioning & Torquing Technician- Performing a variety of flange joint related services, bolt torque and tensioning.
- Perform bolt-up using hydraulic torque wrenches and / or tensioners
- Set pump pressures and perform bolt load calculations
- Perform on-site pre-heating and stress relieving of a variety of vessels, exchangers and piping.
Onsite Machinist - Pipe cutting and pipe beveling and heat-treating
- Weld testing and isolation work
- Operate air and hydraulic actuated pipe cutting and beveling tools
- Operate portable ID and OD mount flange facers.
Heat Exchanger Retubing Technician - Experience in repairing heat exchangers.
- Perform retubing, and rebuilding shell and tube-type heat exchangers.
Leak Sealing Technician - Performs preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs on utility equipment, including waste heat and co-generation equipment; production equipment;
- Repairs equipment by packing glands, seals, and gaskets. Analyzes problems and takes appropriate corrective action(s).
- Tests equipment for pressure leaks. Also inspects sealing components, O-rings, seals, gaskets, and machine faces.
Chemical Technician - Experience working as a coating technician.
- Ability to operate spray gun is essential.
- Prior experience working with products such as Belzona / Chesterton / Thortex preferred.
Chemical Engineer - Experience working as a coating technician.
- Ability to operate spray gun is essential.
- Prior experience working with products such as Belzona / Chesterton / Thortex preferred.
Contracts Engineer - This position has the overall accountable for bidding and reviewing contracts.
- Estimating costs for heavy industrial, oil and gas, power generation and construction projects.
- Preparing professional proposals to be submitted to clients in response to Requests for Proposals.
- Ability to estimate and evaluate subcontractor quotes, and work closely with other discipline field in compiling a complete project estimate.
- Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering field (Mechanical)
- Very Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Minimum 4-7 Years of overall working experience.
