JOB BACKGROUND



You will need to perform instrumentation maintenance, fault diagnostics, repair and modification activities within the facilities so as to provide for optimal availability, reliability and cost optimization whilst ensuring that the highest safety and environmental standards are maintained. Contribute to a high standard of HSE performance by following HSE standards at all times, including the prompt reporting of any safety or environmental hazards or incidents.

Achieve operational excellence system responsibilities in support of the company's goals.

Ensure a high level of HSE performance by ensuring work standards, procedures and HSE programs are followed and given a high level of priority. For all maintenance activities job safety analysis are used and risk assessments are used for activities. Implement effective and timely equipment maintenance / overhaul / repair to ensure maximum availability, reliability and safety in the operation. Diagnose faults and effect remedial repairs on equipment and systems in a logical and effective manner. Such diagnostics may be performed by the use of laptop computers connected to PLC controllers. Investigate reasons for equipment failure using root cause analysis. Develop maintenance procedures and job scopes for inclusion into the maintenance management system. Performs works and reports information with a high degree of accuracy. Read drawings and parts lists to aid in fault finding and to develop bills of material for project related work.


JOB REQUIREMENTS



Diploma in Instrumentation or other appropriate field

At least five years post certificate maintenance experience in oil/gas industry or, five to ten years post apprenticeship experience in oil and gas facilities.

Practical knowledge and significant experience with electronic an pneumatic field instrumentation.

Working knowledge of Allen Bradley / Rockwell ControlLogix, Triconex, DeviceNet, Control Net, PLC programming and HMI configuration of RS-View in process control applications.

Practical experience working with gas turbine centrifugal compressors and ancillary systems.

Conversant with Root Cause Analysis.

Knowledge of Honeywell Experion DCS / FSC would be a plus.

Ability to interact and communicate PEERS effectively in English, in writing and verbally, with individuals in a cross-cultural environment.

Piping Field Engineer - South korea

They are currently recruiting for the position of Piping Field Engineer, based in Geoje Island, South Korea.

Job Description


Establish a comprehensive knowledge of the Piping and Pipe Support scope associated with the integration of 14+ topsides modules and topsides pipework contained within the Hull.
Mentor a consortium of EPC contractors in identifying the scope for each module and the formation of work packs based on that scope
Assisting Company and Contractor planning teams in scheduling the most efficient installation sequence
Ensuring that the design, procurement and offsite fabrication programme aligns with that installation sequence
Ensuring that the priorities of the Commissioning and Start Up Teams are being implemented by the Contractor
Review the design from a constructability stand point and where possible challenge the design to provide a more practical and best for project solutions.

Skills & Experience


Vast experience in a Piping Engineer or Supervisor Role
Previous Experience in FPSO and/or LNG facilities is essential
Previous experience in FPSO integration and/or offshore hook up essential
Compilation of work packs
Previous experience of working in Korean shipyards is advantageous
Experience in Flange Management Programmes
Experience in Test pack preparation and implementation – Hydro and Pneumatic
Strong HSSE background

This is a contract position.

WELLS COMPLETION ENGINEERS

Work and based location: Malaysia (Indonesian Only)


Purposes & Roles:

Responsible to design, program and schedule for execution of the rig and non-rig assisted completion, and well intervention activities such as initial completion, work-over, coiled tubing, well clean out, well testing, wire-line and other special down-hole operations.
To provide technical expertise and support for optimum well completion and exploration/appraisal well testing activities.
Responsibilities:

HSE leadership for Completion and Intervention Operations
Plan budget & resources for implementation of the rig and non-rig assisted activities
Deliver in accordance with the well delivery process, cost effective and innovative well, completion design solutions, assuring well integrity with lowest cost of ownership during the well lifecycle, maximizing production/well availability
Apply service & deliver the technical concept optimizing the processes of well delivery and well servicing in accordance with the EP63 process (Design, Drill Service & Abandon Wells) for construct and maintain wells
Maintain the well integrity within agreed expenditure targets, KPI (Key Performance Index): LTI (Lost Time Injury), TRCF (Total Recordable case Frequency), HPI ( High Potential Incident), Productivity, Spills
Develop and maintain standards, procedures and work instructions
Facilities/participate in C/StL (Complete/Service The Limit) workshops and implement global work standards in support of rig and non-rig wells activities assuring HSE standards and quality of resources are deployed
Ensure adequate resources are in place & available to execute the rig and non-rig assisted well completion/interventions & wellhead maintenance task
Identify & review spares required to support wells over their life cycle


Special Challenges:

Manage the well services interface issues in a multi-disciplinary offshore/onshore working environment
Ensure adequate data collection to support rigorous analysis of well/wellhead hardware performance and failures
Ensure well maintenance tasks meet regulatory HSE requirements taking into account the inherent hazardous nature of well completions and intervention operations
Monitor well completions and intervention contracts and contractors. KPI: Actual/Planned cost within 10%


Qualifications:

 Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least 15 years' experience in completion engineering design and operations
Proven abilities in deepwater and/or subsea completion operations
Knowledge of Well Delivery Process/technical assurance, DtL (Drill the Limit), QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) and deployment of new technology
Track record in delivering result in challenging environment
Familiar with Well Engineering drilling operational knowledge, DtL concept, well control aspect and management of emergency situations
Processes a valid International Well Control Forum (IWCF) certificate at supervisory level of combined Surface and Subsurface BOP stack
Strong HSE leadership for Completion and Intervention Operations and good understanding of the well engineering interface issues in a multi-disciplinary environment will be highly beneficial
Ability to stay alert for long periods (24 hours operations), take quick decisions and act on them appropriately
Capable of using MS-Office suite of programs and other relevant software e.g. EDM (Engineers Data Model)
Processes valid medical certificate and offshore survival/HUET OPITO approved certificates
Should have a reasonable command of written & spoken English
